We’re back and in person! Be a part of a Columbia County tradition by donating a wreath to the 38th Annual Gallery of Wreaths Silent Auction. Wreaths will be displayed at the c.1820 James Vanderpoel ‘House of History’ in Kinderhook, December 6 – 8.
All wreaths are donated to be sold in the holiday silent auction, with all proceeds from the auction benefiting the Columbia County Historical Society.

We are currently seeking wreath donations! To donate, please complete the online form on this page.
- Live, Fresh, Evergreen Wreaths & Garlands. In keeping with the “evergreen” theme, live greens may be decorated by individuals, groups, businesses or professionals, and can be any size up to 36” across / 6 feet for garlands. Please, no food decorations that attract
- Wreath Delivery: November 30, December 1, 2 & 3 at the James Vanderpoel House between 11AM and 3PM.
- Bidding on Wreaths: In person at the Vanderpoel House, Friday December 6 at 3PM through Candlelight Night, Saturday December 7 11AM-4PM, Sunday December 8 11AM-3PM. Bidding ends promptly at 3PM Sunday.
- Winners with Highest Bids Notified Monday December 9 at cchsny.org & email.
• Wreath Payment & Pick-up: Sunday December 8 after 3PM & Monday, Tuesday December 9 & 10 from 10-2PM or by appointment.
