Museum & Library

Located in an early 20th-century masonic temple in the Village of Kinderhook, the CCHS Museum & Library is home to multiple exhibition galleries and the Barbara P. Rielly Memorial Library.

Current Exhibitions

  • Rolling Hills and Gracious Fields: Columbia County Painters of the Hudson River School

    Focusing on native, Columbia County born artists, this exhibition brings together 19th century works produced in the manner of the Hudson River School that was popular at the time.

  • The National Union Bank of Kinderhook

    This exhibition showcases nostalgic artifacts from the pre-digital age of banking, and draws on select highlights from the Historical Society's permanent collection.
